| Reviewing for M@n@gement |
| Volunteering |
M@n@gement thanks you for your willingness to serve as a reviewer. We really appreciate your interest in our journal and your desire to contribute to its quality.
In providing thoughtful, well-crafted, anonymous reviews, you are making an altruistic gift to the authors and to our whole field. Thanks in advance for you pro-social behavior!
It is the quality of your feedback which allows the construction of a high-quality journal. Without your commitment, competency, and hard work, the authors wouldn't be able to improve their papers and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
M@n@gement wants the reviewing process to provide constructive feedback, with thoughtful comments and suggestions for improvement. |
| Reviewing Process |
While reviewing a paper, we recommend that you tell the author what you like about it: that you mention some of its strengths. Your comments should also help the author shape his/her paper with regard to both content and form. Critical comments should discuss any weaknesses or shortcomings, and carefully detail any questions you may have about the paper's theoretical background, methods, findings, or discussion.
To make sure your comments are in line with the journal's editorial policy, you can refer to the Instructions for Contributors.
The reviews must be completed and returned within one month from reception of the paper. As a mark of respect towards its authors, M@n@gement is committed to sticking with these deadlines. If you happen to be unable to meet this deadline for any reason, please contact the journal upon reception of the paper.
Your comments must be sent by e-mail to the Co-Editor in charge of the manuscript, and can be written in the original language of the submitted paper or in English. |
